Işıl Garden exists to accompany Istanbul's centuries of history with a calm garden, right in the heart of Sultanahmet.

A Garden, A Table

On Işıl Street, the street that gives us our name, we welcome guests into a courtyard surrounded by flowers and onto a sea-view terrace. Our aim is simple: to give visitors to Sultanahmet both an authentic Turkish and Ottoman dining experience, and a genuine corner of calm away from the rush of the city.

Our Kitchen

We serve a wide menu built around a full Turkish breakfast spread, dishes inspired by Ottoman palace cuisine, fresh seafood and grills. Every plate matters to us — both for its traditional flavour and for the satisfaction of our guests.
